ON-THE-SPOT MEDIA TRAINING (Telephone facilitated)

Nothing is more frustrating than a flat performance by a spokesperson during a Radio Media Tour. Our answer? Prevent it from happening in the first place.

With Tobin Communications' On-The-Spot Media Training service, your spokesperson will have a much better opportunity to shine during their Radio Media Tour by relying on the expertise of veteran media guru Maury Tobin to guide them through the process and work with them during the course of the RMT.

Here's how it works:

Before and after each radio interview, Maury Tobin will provide your spokesperson with insight and tips to improve his or her on-air time.

Maury will coach your spokesperson to better hone his or her message, to be conversational (rather than overly rehearsed), to respond to timely issues or questions, to guide the interviews by being informative/entertaining (rather than too solicitous), to be direct, and to effectively engage the interviewers and audience.

Our On-The-Spot Media Training service includes:

Sending the client (a few days prior to the beginning of the Radio Media Tour) a list of potential questions that may be asked by radio journalists during the interviews;
Coaching your spokesperson before and after each Radio Media Tour interview to enhance their performance;
Preparing a summary report; and
Optional service #1: Conducting a 30-minute media training session (telephone facilitated) with your spokesperson prior to the Radio Media Tour.
