Our Evolution — From Radio Media Tours to Full-Service PR

Entrepreneur Richard Branson once said, “Your brand name is only as good as your reputation.” In the case of Tobin Communications, our brand is built on the results we have delivered for clients since 1996.

About ten years ago, we decided it was time for a change. We didn’t want to be known as just a Radio Media Tour vendor. We wanted a seat at the table when strategies are formulated and messages are developed. So, we flipped the script and transitioned Tobin Communications from Radio Media Tour vendor to full-service PR firm.

From Radio Media Tours to Full-Service PR

To be clear, we still produce Radio Media Tours because we know the value they can bring to a campaign. But now, Tobin Communications works with a diverse group of organizations, including the Americans for Transportation Mobility (ATM) Coalition, on multifaceted campaigns.

Maury Tobin is the president of Tobin Communications, Inc., a firm he founded in 1996 that provides integrated campaign and digital services. Tobin earned both a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master’s Degree in Public Communication at American University.
